I enjoyed that muesli so much that I was inspired to make my very own version of this nutritious cereal. It started with a combination of five flavorful rolled grain – oats, wheat, barley, rye, and triticale. Then I added sweet dates and raisins, crunchy sunflower seeds, almond slices, and walnut pieces. Finally, for an extra boost of nutrition, I topped it off with a good handful of flaxseed meals. Voila! Bob’s Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli was born. Whether you eat it hot, cold, or soaked in yogurt overnight (the traditional Swiss way), I just know you will enjoy this wholesome cereal.
