Our Gluten Free pancakes are so good, you won’t miss the wheat! We start with a perfect blend of wheat-free flours, add a touch of buttermilk, and voila the perfect gluten free pancake.

Suggested use
Ingredients
3-4 Pancakes 20-22 Pancakes
3/4 cup mix whole bag
1/3 cup water 1 1/4 cup water
Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water.
Mix your ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes.
Heat your pan over medium-high heat or turn your electric griddle to 375ºF.
Lightly Oil the pan or griddle.
Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle.
Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown.
Want Waffles?
Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 1/2 cup of water, and I tbsp of oil.
Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes.
Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown.
Other ingredients
White rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, oat flour, cane sugar, tapioca starch, dried buttermilk, leavening (calcium phosphate, baking soda), contains 2% or less of: salt, guar gum, natural flavor.
