Delivery Information (Shipping Information): Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate of $5.99* for all orders using Standard Shipping and FREE for orders over $49* within the continental 48 U.S. only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and P.O. boxes, but not APO, FPO, or DPO addresses) or an export country. We use several select regional carriers to provide the fastest, most economical service. Two to Three shipping is typically available for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday will typically ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically ship the next business day. BACKORDERED ITEMS: On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. Here at My soul Market.com we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING: All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always e-mail or call us if you’d like to verify your order’s status. DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS: If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction. Please note that damaged item will require a picture with entirety of the package or product. REFUNDS & EXHANGES: We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee on All Purchases that are unused or unpacked. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product, if it is unopened, minus any shipping fees. Unwanted products may be returned for a refund, please return them in their original condition, unopened and in the original packaging, with all tamper-resistant seals and any cellophane intact. Refunds for unwanted items will not include the cost of delivery or return postage. We do our best to package items securely, in the unlikely your products arrive damaged, please retain the damaged items as we will require evidence of the damage that has occurred and may require them to be returned.
