Our story began with a roadside produce stand run by our founder, the son of an organic farmer, in the heart of California’s wine country. We’ve grown a lot since then, evolving into a line of premium oils and vinegars that are made using only the best olives, grapes, seeds or nuts from the finest orchards and fields around the world.

Much like your favorite glass of bubbly, our Champagne Vinegar starts with hand-picked grapes from France’s Grand cru-rated vineyards. Pressed and then slowly aged in oak barrels for optimal flavor, each batch boasts a crisp taste and golden color. We’re fans of how this vinegar brightens any dish, enlivening marinades, dressings and pan sauces with lovely zing.
